Clarity from the very beginning. Our fee calculator gives you an upfront estimate for the cost of your architectural design services - before you even get in touch.
The calculator provides estimated fees for RIBA Stages 0–4, covering the early design and technical stages of your project. Later stages, such as construction support, are typically charged on an hourly rate to suit the level of input required.
In addition to our core design and technical service, we also offer a range of additional services that can be tailored to your project - from measured building surveys to additional reports to support planning applications. These are shown in the table below and can be added to your estimate as needed.

*Measured survey fees are based on the minimum area required to support your project and don’t always correspond directly to project size. Clients can choose to extend the scope of the survey if they’d like additional areas of the property to be included.
